Is every sneaker authentic?Yes, every sneaker we receive and ship out is thoroughly checked by one of our experts when we receive them and when we ship them to you. We guarantee 100% authenticity at all times! We would never sell a replica item, nor do we encourage selling them. Shop our collection here.

Where do you get all those sneakers from?With our years of expierence we have established countless worldwide connections with sneaker enthusiasts, collectors and professional resellers. Thankfully, due to these connections we can still offer you sneakers that have sold out in stores.

Are the sneakers worn?No, every single pair is completely unworn. During the authentication process we make sure every single pair is brand new!

How do you ship my order?For orders inside the Netherlands we will ship your order with PostNL. For orders outside of the EU we will make a choice between PostNL, DPD, UPS or DHL in order to provide you the fastest and most reliable shipment company.

How long will it take to ship my order?We strive to processing & shipping all of our domestic orders within 2-7 business days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will give timely notice via email.

Can I make a change to my order or cancel it?In case you forgot to add something to your order or if you want to cancel the order. You can always email us at info@vantyn.nl and we will check what we can do for you as soon as possible. In case the order has allready been processed it is no longer possible to alter or cancel the shipment. However, you can always return your items, following our return policy.
